The benefits of solid surface are well known but in many cases the complex shapes and textures are better achieved by casting versus expensive fabrication from sheet stock. Shower pans, accessories, and vanities are classic products that are better produced by casting. Our custom solid surface shower pans feature easy to clean coved walls, non-slip textured floor patterns, and drain locations wherever you need them.

Complete In House Tooling Department
Our facility maintains its own full time staff of model and tool makers. Our molding operations require product models, master tools and production tool copies.

The shower pan design challenge included a floor plan where the vanity encroached in front of the shower opening. This meant that the entry side of the pan had to include both a threshold through the entry opening and also water retention inside the unit.
